Ellen Maria Sheffield Phelps
Mrs. ELLEN SHEFFIELD PHELPS widow of William Walter Phelps, died yesterday afternoon in her apartments in the Hotel Buckingham, 2 East Fiftieth Street. Mrs. Phelps was the daughter of Joseph E. Sheffield of New Haven.
