MRS. KORTH GETS DECREE.
Charged in Reno Action Cruelty and Failure to Provide.
RENO, Nev., Feb. 28 -- Mrs. Frances Phelps Korth of New York received a divorce here today from Arthur A. Korth, who was charged with failure to provide and extreme cruelty. The Korths were married in Yonkers, N.Y., in September, 1920.
Mrs. Korth is a granddaughter of the late William Walter Phelps, Representative in Congress and diplomat, who was sent by the United States to Vienna and other capitals under the Administrations of Presidents Garfield and Harrison.
